I have an HP notebook 15, while upgrading from 8.1 to 10 I got a pop up that said Adobe Flash player was out of date and thinking it was part of the installation I clicked on download, next thing I know windows explorer has changed to Yahoo, I have several other "new" programs including searching on the internet and not be seen, some type of virus scanner etc., surprised it got past windows defender. Tried to remove these programs with no luck, tried to run bootable Kaspersky would not boot, tried to run mini tool partition tool, would boot but wouldn't wipe the drives, now I see almost all of my 8.1 ISO is gone while tying to format drive (which I cant do either) now its saying to install new operating system. Hi, I have been looking for an answer to my problem and cant seem to find it here.
